Bogotá – Neiva, Colombia

Three-day self supported bikepacking trip inspired by one of the articles in Deriva. It was a trip of extremes as we traveled above 3,800m passing through Sumapaz and later dipped down to sea level as we peddled the hot, dusty roads along the Rio Magdalena and through the Tatacoa desert. A few unexpected events along the way (crashes, wrong turns, and technical terrain) led to longer than anticipated days and late night arrivals, but the stoke remained high.
