I work with governments, funders, and operators to design, test, and scale programs and tools that cost effectively improve lives.
Currently, I lead Product and Partnerships for Atlas AI, helping teams use geospatial intelligence to sharpen targeting, delivery, and cost-effectiveness at scale. Previously, I served as a Senior Program Officer at USAID’s Development Innovation Ventures (now the DIV Fund), where I led impact and cost-effectiveness diligence and supported teams scaling high-return innovations. Before that, I spent more than a decade at Innovations for Poverty Action designing and steering innovation-to-scale collaborations across three continents.
Alongside this work, I run Holloway Advisors, an independent consulting practice that supports growth-stage startups and nonprofits with research and data insights, strategic planning, and targeted business development..
Outside of work, I enjoy tinkering in the shop and playing in the mountains.
